Loads of info about Pike and other species on Dave's site, and he happens to be one of the premier rod builders around. I have used his rods for more years than I care to remember and never once have they let me down. You can fish most of my lures on Dave's "Fooler" The large Darter is pushing it a little but for the smaller lures it's magic. I had Dave built me a six inch shorter version of the "Fooler" to fish my heavier lures, they are the only two rods I use for Jerking.
